Publications

When I started writing creatively in my mid-40s, I never guessed I would write in as many different fiction categories as I do. Working across such diverse areas has led to some incredibly challenging yet fabulously rewarding experiences. Check out my publications below:

The Lost Smile

When Zaytoon wakes up feeling sad, she goes on a search to find her smile. From the kitchen to the garden, Zaytoon searches high and low to eventually discover her smile - smiling from her reflection in the window!

The Lost Smile is a beautifully illustrated and colourful picture book demonstrating the importance of accepting emotions. Zaytoon's journey shows children that it's okay to be sad and reassures young readers that sadness can be temporary.

Themes of cultural diversity, emotional intelligence, family life and the importance of connecting with nature and animals make this a perfect book for our times.

Claire Malone Changes the World

Claire Malone Changes the World is my first children's picture book. The character, Claire Malone will be a fantastic role model for today's generation of children to advocate for change. Buy your copy today and let me know what you think.

Jenna's Truth

Jenna's Truth tackles some of the hardest challenges for teens; cyberbullying, friendships, social media, sexual assault and suicide. Despite this, the book leaves readers with positive messages of hope.

Adult Short Stories

I am extremely proud and honoured to share my short stories for adults with you. I hope you enjoy reading them.
